Attendance Allowance Government Survey

A crucial consultation on Attendance Allowance has been launched, and the Scottish Government are particularly interested in hearing from those in rural areas.

Attendance Allowance helps with extra costs if you have a disability severe enough that you need someone to help look after you.

By completing the survey, the information you provide will help the Scottish Government make decisions about how to make Attendance Allowance work better in Scotland.

All your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared.

This is a vital piece of work and can make a real difference in improving access to help for many, we therefore would appreciate if you could please complete the questionnaire.

Please feel free to pass the survey on to any other persons or organisations you feel are relevant.
